Fees and contributions of the cultivation association

§ 1 Foundation

​

- These membership fee regulations govern the membership fee obligations of association members, as well as the fees for joining and for the purchase of cannabis flowers and propagation material in graduated quantities.

- As described in the statutes, they can only be determined/amended by the executive committee with a simple majority.

- The basis for these membership fee regulations can be found in the latest version of the association's statutes.

§ 2 Principle of solidarity

​

- Membership fees and other charges are an essential basis for the association's financial resources.

- The association depends on all members paying their contributions on time and in full. Only in this way can the association fulfill its obligations to its members.

- The amount of the contribution obligation is based on the membership fee plus any additional fees for the association member.

§3 PAYMENT OF CONTRIBUTIONS

​

- Membership fees are generally charged from the first day of the current month. Members also have the option of paying their membership fees annually and receiving a 10 percent discount on the annual fee.

- If a member joins the association within a month, the contribution is payable pro rata from the date of joining for the current month.

- Payment of the monthly contributions in the form of the discounted annual contribution is only payable pro rata for the year if the member joined during the current year.

- Changing the payment schedule within a year is not permitted.

- If the fees for a year have been paid in advance and the member resigns properly in advance, the fee already paid will not be refunded.

- The Executive Board is authorized to defer, reduce, or waive membership fees and charges upon request. There is no legal entitlement to such payment facilities.
- All members will be informed by email or, optionally, by post before the payment is collected or due. An invoice will be sent that meets all legal requirements.
- Membership is automatically renewed at the beginning of each subsequent month. Notice of termination must be received by the 15th of the current month.
- Initial membership fees must be paid within 14 days of the application being accepted.
- The monthly fee for each natural member is 15 euros.
- Honorary members are exempt from the obligation to pay membership fees.
- From a monthly purchase quantity of 20g, the monthly membership fee will be offset against the
purchase quantity.

§ 4 Payment method

- Fees can only be paid electronically by bank transfer/card payment.
- Membership fees can only be paid electronically by standing order or bank transfer.
- The association's account will be shown on the invoices and is not mentioned here.

§ 5 Fees

 

- The admission fee is 20 € (EUR).
- The staggered contributions can be changed monthly.
- The tiered contributions can be changed on a monthly basis.
- A fee of 6 euros is charged per seed.
- An individual contribution is charged to the member for plant sponsorship.
- VAT is already included in the fees.
